Larger homes require more energy to heat, cool, and maintain. This offset is designed to accommodate larger American homes of more than 2 bedrooms. Assuming that consumption is twice as high for these larger homes, we have packaged 24 RECs into this product to offset 24,000 kilowatts of energy annually. Your purchase includes a Certificate bearing your address and the specific REC serial numbers that will be retired in your name.
