• Zero Carbon Alliance (ZCA) is a team of experts dedicated to improving community sustainability. Our approach is to support local government, commercial and residential communities in the reduction of utility cost on all owned or operated properties.  Our sustainability approach includes energy, water and waste conservation. ZCA’s tools include validated assessments (“ZAP”) providing detailed reports on resource conservation opportunities that include the “no-cost” reductions, short-term, mid-term and long-term payback retrofit potentials with detailed return on investment data… a must have tool for future planning and budgeting. ZCA also works with local schools to provide sustainability support and education to the students, while offering their simple low cost products (see video below) and programs as a fundraiser plan for the schools/clubs that are designed to make living Green not only the right choice for every resident but an affordable, money-saving tool.
